Privacy notice (draft for operator review)
This draft explains how the Clear Channel Studio Guide website handles information, based on the features currently built into the site. The operator has not yet been identified, so the operator must review and complete this notice before publication.
Enquiry form: the site has a local enquiry form. Name, email address, message and a privacy acknowledgement are required. A phone number is optional. When you submit the form, these details and a creation timestamp are saved in a local private file on the site's server. The file is protected by PHP and is not published on the site.
Access to enquiries: stored enquiries can be read through a password-protected local inbox page. No outgoing email service is configured, so submitting the form does not automatically send your enquiry to any email address. Do not assume a reply or notification will be sent automatically. A response depends on the operator reviewing the inbox.
Sessions: the site uses a necessary PHP session. It protects the form against cross-site request forgery and limits repeated submissions. It is not used for advertising.
Browser storage: your choice about optional cookies, yes or no, is saved in your browser's localStorage under the key site-consent-v1. You can reopen the choices with the cookie-settings button in the footer, or clear your browser's site storage to choose again.
Other features: the site has no user accounts, checkout or payment functions. The on-page material search is part of the informational pages.
Retention: no retention schedule is configured. The operator must set how long enquiries are kept and how they are deleted, and then update this notice.
Hosting and providers: no current host is confirmed. OVHcloud in Canada is only a recommendation for future deployment and must be confirmed once hosting is set up. This draft does not name any processing provider.
Your requests: the operator should add a contact method for access, correction or deletion requests. Until then, this draft does not provide one. It does not claim compliance with any particular privacy law.
